Luxemburg en in het bijzonder in de gemeente Sainte-Ode.<\/p>\n<p>Nordic Walking werd in deze regio van de Valleien van de Ourthe en de Laval ontwikkeld vanaf 2009.<br \/>\nIn die periode en gedurende meer dan tien jaar, organiseerden Ardenne Nordic Walking en het \u2018Maison de la Randonn\u00e9e\u2019 talrijke ontdekkingstochten van nordic walking, om de wandelaars de techniek te leren, die te verbeteren en vanzelfsprekend wandelingen en trektochten te ondernemen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><div class='flex_column av-5kwv9d-8072325ba5bbd673ab1f1569591d00d0 av_one_third itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Het Ardennen Nordic Park bestaat uit <strong>5 routes<\/strong>, waarvan de afstanden vari\u00ebren <strong>van 2 tot 18,450 km<\/strong>.<br \/>\nDe oprichting ervan dateert uit 2016. Sainte-Ode werd toen de eerste regio in Belgisch Luxemburg die nordic walking trajecten aanbood.<br \/>\nDe parcoursen werden specifiek ontworpen voor het beoefenen van het nordic walking en volgen gedeeltelijk de lokale wandeltochten.<br \/>\nZe worden aangevuld met een specifiek traject van 3,4 km: het Nordic Circuit Training (NCT) parcours met start in de rue des Trois-Ponts te Amberloup.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>NW1 &#038; NW2 : Le Tour du Rancourt met vertrek uit<strong> Beauplateau<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>NW3 : Le Tour d&#8217;Orti met vertrek uit &#8220;place Sainte-M\u00e8re-Eglise&#8221; te <strong>Amberloup<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>NW4 : La M\u00e9ridionale met vertrek uit de kerk in <strong>Lavacherie<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>NW5 : Le Tour du Laval met vertrek
